Anti-Corruption Commission Files Charges
Following a complex and protracted investigation, investigators from the Anti-Corruption Commission have summonsed the following persons to appear at court for the following offences:
Ricardo Nathaniel ROACH, aged 37 years, a public officer of Bodden Town, Grand Cayman, is summonsed for the following offences:
1. Bribery of a public officer, contrary to section 10 (1)(e) and (2) of the Anti-Corruption Act (2018 Revision).
2. Fraud on the government, contrary to section 11(1) Anti-Corruption Act (2016 revision)
Fritz Alberth McPHERSON, aged 45 years of Bodden Town, Grand Cayman, and
Andy Wellington SMITH, aged 41 years of George Town, Grand Cayman, have been summonsed for the following offences:
1. Bribery of a public officer, contrary to section 10 (1)(e) and (2) of the Anti-Corruption Act (2018 Revision).
2. Unlawfully obtaining personal data, contrary to section 54 (1) (a) of the Data Protection Act 2017
The following persons have been summonsed for bribery of a public officer, contrary to section 10 (1)(e) and (2) of the Anti-Corruption Act (2016, 2018 and 2019 Revisions).
Craig Michael CONNOR, aged 36 years of Bodden Town, Grand Cayman,
Noel GREEN, aged 28 years of Prospect, Grand Cayman,
Corey Christopher CATO, aged 33 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Jordan Lindsey CACHO, aged 32 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Glenroy MURRAY, aged 45 years of West Bay, Grand Cayman,
Erika Monique WILSON-NAIRNE, aged 37 years, a public officer of North Sound, Grand Cayman,
Michael FACEY, aged 52 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Kevin Gerard McGEOUGH, aged 47 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Leonard Daniel LEWIS, aged 38 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Kristina BRYAN, aged 36 years, a public officer of West Bay, Grand Cayman,
Rion Kirk MOHAMMED, aged 45 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Kirk Ricardo FORD, aged 48 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
Simalee Elizabeth EBANKS, aged 33 years of Bodden Town, Grand Cayman,
Richard Anthony ANDREWS, aged 36 years of West Bay, Grand Cayman,
Leroy SMALLING, aged 42 years of George Town, Grand Cayman,
The following person has been summonsed for the following offence:
Unlawfully obtaining personal data, contrary to section 54 (1) (a) of the Data Protection Act 2017
Christopher Douglas WIGHT, aged 65 years of George Town, Grand Cayman.
All of the above persons will appear at court at 10:00 on 3rd September 2024, with the exception of Leroy SMALLING who will appear at court at 10:00 on 6th August 2024.
