This morning Investigators from the Anti-Corruption Commission, with the assistance of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, arrested a second male (aged 46) from the Prospect area. This arrest is made in connection with an ongoing investigation and a previous arrest made on 29 June 2017.
Responsible for investigating serious allegations of corruption the Investigators arrested this individual on suspicion of committing the following offences:
He has been detained for questioning at the Prisoner Detention Centre (Fairbanks).
The investigation continues therefore no further details will be released at this time.
